The core value of copper-aluminum composite panels lies in the fact that they simultaneously retain the high electrical and thermal conductivity of copper and the lightweight characteristics of aluminum. The copper layer provides efficient current transmission and heat conduction capabilities, while the aluminum layer significantly reduces the overall density of the material. Experimental data shows that the electrical conductivity of copper-aluminum composite panels can reach over 80% of that of pure copper, but their density is only 40% of that of pure copper. This feature gives it a distinct advantage in scenarios where both conductive efficiency and lightweight are required, such as in the heat dissipation modules of new energy vehicle battery packs and the contacts of high-voltage switch cabinets.
